Been checking out some new software and thought I would share something I have been working on today. This is an every day heavy metal detoxification recipe that is now in my menu/meal planner.
Also, here is the recipe for the Homemade Mayonnaise. Using this mayo, or any other homemade mayo, along with using the hard parmesan cheese and grating it yourself, will keep the trans fats out of this recipe.
The homemade mayonnaise can be a very versitile tool in the kitchen. It is simple and quick to make and can include just about any additional flavors you can imagine.
