Glad you saved it. That is same reason I made it, to have the information handy. Herpes zoster isn’t considered contagious but if you have never had chicken pox and come in contact with the fluid from a blister you can get chicken pox from shingles. Pregnant women should steer clear of people experiencing this condition.
